- Clean the crab and cut into pieces
- Cut the rice cake into pieces and soak in hot water till soft
- Heat wok with oil, add lots of ginger and green onion.
- Add crab and some cooking wine. Stir fry the crab pieces couple of times.
- Add dark soy sauce, tiny bit of light soy sauce and sugar to taste.
- Add rice cake and keep stir-frying the crab until it’s done.
