Shrimp with Tomato Garlic Sauce
I use Lee Kam Kee's tomato garlic sauce which is recommended by my father-in-law.
- Peel shrimps and marinate with some white pepper and salt in the fridge
- Pan fry the shrimps
- Add the sauce once the shrimps turn pink. Don't overcook the shrimps.
