Pan-fried Soy Sheet with Fish Cake 腐皮魚卷
魚漿加入欖菜,胡椒粉, 包入腐皮內。用小火煎熟。
如果把魚肉薄薄地塗在腐皮上,然後卷起,效果應該更好,口感更脆。
用泰式雞醬配食。
