Stir Fry Crab with Garlic & Fermented Soy Beans

Ingredients :

  • 1 dungeness crab (cut into pieces)
  • 1 tbsp fermented soy beans
  • 2 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 3 green onion (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp red pepper flakes (bird chilies will be even better)
  • sugar
  • chicken soup

Heat the wok with oil, then add fermented soy beans, chopped garlic, green onion and red pepper flakes until fragrant. Then add crab, stir fry until it’s hot. Sprinkle some wine. Then add some chicken soup. Keep stir frying until the crab is cooked and all the liquid is absorbed. Sprinkle some seasoned salt (淮鹽) on top and then serve.
